When do you start designing my logo?

We will start designing your logo as soon as we receive your order and payment.

 

When will I see my logo designs?

Your logo designs will be emailed to you in three business days after placement of the order.

 

What if I don't like any of the initial designs?

We will be sending you new designs until you see at least one that catches your eye.

 

How many changes may I ask for my logo?

We will modify and tweak your logo until you are 100% satisfied.

 

I have my own idea for the logo. Can you use it?

We welcome any of your ideas and suggestions. Please describe them in your order and see how your ideas look implemented by our professional designers.

 

Can you redesign or redo my existing logo?

Yes absolutely, please send us latest version of your logo and describe how you want it to be improved.

Will I own all the rights to the logo?

Yes, we will transfer you all the ownership rights to the final logo artwork.

 

What files and formats will I receive?

We will deliver you resizable vector files AI, CDR, and EPS for professional printing, Web-ready GIF and JPG formats, and high-resolution TIFF and BMP images suitable for office printing.

 

How will you deliver my new logo?
We will email you a file with your logo design. If you take our advance    package it will be emailed to you as well as mailed to you on a CD.

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. However, you do not qualify for a refund if you have approved your logo or if we have worked on one of your samples and have made changes.

Can I edit my own business cards and stationery?
Yes, you can edit your business card and stationery; you will need to have Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. If you do not have these programs we can do the change for you for a small additional fee.

What are the different sizes of banners available?

Below you will find examples of popular size banners we have made. Contact us to find out what we can do for you.

• Micro Banner Design (88x31): 88x31 Micro banners are most popular for shopping search engines such as Shopping.com, NexTag, or Bizrate. They are generally used next to search results to display a small logo for your store.

• Small Rectangle Banner Design (120x60): One of our smaller sizes, this banner can be placed anywhere on your webpage. Feature a product, holiday sale, or any other special event.

• Square Banner Design (125x125): This banner is the perfect size, not too big and not too small. You can share a lot of information in this small space and increase traffic to your website.

• Vertical Banner Design (120x240): If you have a lot of space on your website and you are not sure how to fill it, our 120 x 240 banner will give you the ability to feature a new hot product or holiday special.

• Large Square Banner Design (250x250): Drive more traffic to your website and increase sales with a large square banner.

• Skyscraper Banner Design (120x600): One of Yahoo!'s more popular banners, this banner can start driving traffic to your site today! This size fits perfectly in either the left or right column of your website.

• North Banner Design (468x60): North banners are the most popular sized banners and are traditionally placed at the top of websites for general advertising purposes. Let our designers help create a banner that will start driving more traffic to your website.

• Super Banner Design (728x90): As one of our biggest banners, it will highlight the most amount of information and start increasing traffic to your website.

• LREC Banner Design (300x250): LREC banners are specific to Yahoo! and come in different sizes. LREC stands for Large Rectangle.

• Monster Banner Design (425x600): Monster banners are specific to Yahoo! Advertising and are a great way to drive more traffic to your site.

Gift Cards

 

What is the standard gift card size?

Standard (CR 80) gift card size is 3 3/8" width x 2 1/8" (height) x 0.30 mil (thickness). The card's dimensions are the same as a standard credit card.

 

In creating my card design, what dimensions do I have to work with?

Finished card size: 3 3/8" (3.375) x 2 1/8" (2.125) Magnetic Stripe: Starts 3/16" from edge of card Art work that bleeds must extend 1/8th" beyond the edge of card.
